Can we start with a smaller engagement and expand later?
Yes, you can. We are happy to start with a smaller engagement if you are unsure about scope or hours. We can expand later based on your needs and goals.
How quickly can you start, and how long does it take?
We are typically a few weeks out from kickoff due to high demand. Once the project begins, we usually work in phases, starting with foundational setup over the first 3 to 6 months, then transitioning into scaling or maintenance, depending on client needs.
Do you assign a dedicated consultant or rotate across specialists?
Each client is assigned a dedicated consultant who owns the strategy, execution, and communication. They are supported by a team of specialists who assist with implementation and help keep things on track.
Who is a good fit for your services, and who is not?
We work best with companies using HubSpot and/or Salesforce, a sales and marketing team, and around 50 to 200 employees. Annual revenue usually falls between 10 and 50 million. We’re a strong fit for PE-backed, VC-backed, or growth-focused businesses with clear goals and KPIs. We’re not a fit for companies without product-market fit, no revenue targets, or using CRMs outside HubSpot and Salesforce.
What kind of work does your team typically do? Is it advisory, hands-on, or both?
Both. RevBlack combines strategic RevOps consulting with hands-on execution. We do not just tell you what to do, we help you build it. We develop your roadmap, run strategic workshops, and then actually implement the solution. Unlike many firms that split strategy and execution, we offer both under one roof.
What is typical in terms of timeline and pricing?

Timelines
The first 3 to 6 months usually focus on CRM cleanup, foundational work, and infrastructure. After that, we move into scaling and optimization. Some clients stay on for ongoing fractional RevOps support.
Pricing
We primarily work on retainers. We do offer project pricing, but it is less common. We offer discounts for retainers because work tends to be complex and multithreaded. Pricing depends on the scope of work, and we have a pricing page available for reference.
Do you only work on HubSpot or Salesforce integrations, or is it broader than that?
We are highly specialized in the HubSpot–Salesforce integration and have deep expertise in making that connection work smoothly. That said, we also work with companies using only HubSpot or only Salesforce.
